Andrea Ann Sorensen Rowley born July 18, 1980, in Shreveport, Louisiana, passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 45 at Clear Lake Hospital in Webster Texas. Andrea grew up in the Pasadena, Deer Park, LaPorte area. She attended both LaPorte High School and Sam Rayburn High School, graduating from Sam Rayburn. She attended San Jacinto College receiving her degree as a Radiography Technician. After graduating she took a job at Houston Methodist in their ER. From there she advanced to Interventional Radiology at M.D. Anderson. After the birth of her son, Preston Anthony Lea, Andrea worked for Southeast Memorial Hospital and at Clear Lake Hospital in their Specialty Dept. and Cardiac Rehabilitation. Andrea loved her patients, and her patients loved her. But her greatest love was her son and family. She was a devoted baseball mom year-round from T-ball all the way through to his Senior year pitching for the Deer Park Deer. Andrea loved to cook, loved her Master Chef and Hell's Kitchen. She would grace her co-workers as well as friends with her treats and goodies she would bring to them. But most of all Andrea's greatest love was her son, Preston. She gave him the best life a boy could ask for, there nothing she wouldn't do for him. Andrea was preceded in death by her father Craig Sorensen; her maternal grandparents, Al and Ann Covington; paternal grandparents, Carl and Alene Sorensen. Andrea is survived by her son, Preston Anthony Lea; her mother, Debbie Sorensen Anthony (Gary Anthony); her brother Clint Sorensen (McCall) and Zachary Anthony (niece Trinity); her husband Dave Rowley, stepmother Shirley Rowley, stepson Jacob Rowley; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Plus, missing Andrea are her fur babies Scruffy, Talia. A Celebration of Life for Andrea will be held @ Deer Park Funeral Home, 11/13/2025 @ 7p.m.
