Arturo Valles, Sr.

Arturo Valles Sr. was born September 1st, 1950, in Laredo Texas.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Arturo Valles Sr, who left this world on November 17, 2024, at the age of 74 in his home next to his loving wife and family.

Arturo was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many. His legacy of love, strength, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Arturo was preceded in death by his son, Arturo Valles Jr, (Tudy).

He is survived by his loving wife, Maggie Valles, his son Alex Valles, his stepsons Anthoney Guerrero, Juan Guerrero, his stepdaughters Raquel Guerrero and Johanna Rodriguez. Arturo was the proud grandfather of Danille Valles, Gabriel Valles, Benjamin Valles, Brooklyn Valles, who brought him immeasurable joy and pride. He also leaves behind his beloved baby Daisy Valles. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters Martin Valles Jr, Biola Ruiz, Lydia Ramos, Jose Valles, and Alama Rayos. As a brother to his siblings, Arturo held a special place in the family, offering wisdom and support to all. He was also an uncle to many nieces and nephews, each of whom will remember him for his warmth, humor, and unwavering kindness.

Arturo was a Navy veteran that served his country from June 30th, 1971, to June 28th, 1974.

He was a dedicated worker and enjoyed his career as an Electrical Technician for Rohm & Hass for 36 years.

Arturo loved to spend time with his family and friends and had a passion for listening and playing music. Arturos life was defined by his deep love for his family and his strong commitment to help others. A man of integrity and humility, he will be greatly missed but never forgotten. His spirit will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Family will receive friends on Thursday November 21, 2024, 11:00 AM for viewing. Services will begin at 1:30 PM in the Chapel of Deer Park Funeral Directors, 336 E. San Augustine, Deer Park, TX 77536.

He will then be laid to rest at Bethany cemetery 8513 Spencer Hwy, Deer Park, Tx 77536 3:00 PM.
