Charles H. Bowles

With heavy hearts and deep love, we announce the peaceful passing of Charles "Chuck" Houston Bowles on the evening of July 17, 2025 at 6:38 PM, surrounded by family and friends. Chuck was 71 Years old.

Born in Texas City, TX, Chuck made Deer Park, TX his home for the past seven years. He was known for his kind heart, warm sense of humor, and quiet strength. Chuck had a special gift for making others laugh and feel welcome wherever he went.

Chuck was the devoted husband of Anabel Andrade Bowles and a loving father to his children- Shaina Bowles, Brittany Bowles Cortez, Chad Bowles and Alexandra Bowles. He was also the cherished grandfather of Dylan, Zackary, Ella, Christopher, Caroline, Chandler, and Kai. He was preceded in death by his son, Shawn Bowles.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Houston Lee Bowles and Dorothy Bowles; and his brother, Danny Bowles.

Chuck is survived by his loving wife, Anabel A. Bowles; his children- Shaina Bowles, Brittany Bowles Cortez, Chad Bowles, and Alexandra Bowles; his cherished grandchildren-Dylan, Zackary, Ella, Christopher, Caroline, Chandler, and Kai; his sister, Beverly Bowles Robison; his son-in-law, Chris Cortez; his daughter-in-law, Michelle Vinsanau; his niece and nephews, Deanna, Derek, and William; and a wide circle of cousins who remained an important part of his life.

Though Chuck is no longer with us in body, his spirit and memory live on in the hearts of those who loved him. He will always be remembered for his humor, his warmth, and the boundless love he shared.
