Obituary
Christine Rinehart, passed away at 79 years old on July 12, 2023. She was surrounded by all of her loved ones who were gathered together to honor her final wishes.
Christine was born in Covington, KY in 1943. Her parents were Earnest and Ana Johnson. Christine and her family moved to Pasadena, Texas in 1950 when she was 7 years old. She graduated from South Houston High School in 1961. She was a dedicated hard worker for Southwestern Bell for 35 years where she retired in 2001. Christine was always very involved in the churches she attended over the years. She was a current member of First Baptist Church of Pasadena since 2006.
She was proceeded in death by her grandparents, mother, father and she was the widow of James Rinehart, they shared 32 years of marriage.
She is survived by daughter Kristie Carnes and husband Marty, Son Shane Parker and wife Linda, Granddaughter Amber Goree and husband Joe, Granddaughter Brandi Johnson and husband Chad, Grandson Colby Parker, Granddaughter Skyler Parker, Grandsons Devan Chancey and Johnathon Chancey. Great Grandson Tyler Martin and wife Mackenzie, Great Granddaughters Madison Goree, Abby Goree, Ashlyn Gray, Kathleen Johnson, Gracie Johnson and Great Great Granddaughter Conlee Mae Martin. Her Sister Frances Gasper and husband Jack, brother Miles Johnson and wife Linda along with numerous nieces and nephews. And of course, her beloved puppies Lily Mae, Beau Beau, and Minnie Moo.
