Eugenie M. Steinkoenig

Eugenie "Genie" M. Steinkoenig passed away June 21,2005 in The Woodlands, TX. She was born October 10, 1917 in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was formerly from Wichita Falls, Texas where she lived for over 40 years. She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Zeno G. Steinkoenig. Genie was a member and served in various positions with The Ladies Golf Association. She was an avid card player and belonged in several bridge clubs in Wichita Falls. She was a member of the Floral Heights United Methodist Church, where she also was the church secretary for several years. She is survived by her daughter, Ann Colbaugh of Houston; Son Ray Steinkoenig of Largo, FL; Five Grandchildren and Six Great Grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held 1:30 PM Thursday in the Chapel at Houston National Cemetery, Houston, TX. Memorials may be made to National Diabetes Association or your favorite Charity.
