Frances Flores Domingues

Frances Flores Domingues went home to be with the Lord on Sunday April 25, 2021, at the age of 91.  Although we celebrate her transition into glory, it still leaves an empty space in our hearts.

Frances was born on November 21, 1929 in Gonzales, Texas and is the seventh of 12 children. She moved to Port Arthur as a young woman and ultimately married Manuel Dominques where she lived until his death.  She then moved to Houston to be closer to her family and became a caretaker to a loving family. 

Frances not only loved to garden, sew, and sing, she also loved the Lord with all her heart.  She would always love to talk about Him to anyone who would listen and share of the good things He had done for her in her life, and to know of His Salvation and His saving Grace for us. With all Frances endured these last days of her life, she always remained faithful and an encouragement to others to continue to persevere despite their difficulties.

Frances is survived by her daughter Veronica Schultz and husband Steve, her son Louis Aguirie, grandson Stephen Frank Schultz, granddaughter Christianna "Amy" Aguirie Mendoza, her sister Tenny Perales, sister Alice Groff, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Frances is proceeded in death by her husband Manual Domingues, grandson Christopher Paul Schultz, Father Bill Flores, Mother Francesca Flores, Brothers Alvin, Raymond, Ray, Joe & David Flores, Sisters Eloise Flores, Connie Machorro, Rose Casanova, and Lillie Garcia.

We would also like to give our sincere thanks to her Niece Diane Perales for all the time and care that she gave our Mother.

We celebrate her and take comfort in knowing that she is with family and friends in the presence of the Lord.

 A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 6:00 pm at Deer Park Funeral Directors 336 E. San Augustine Deer Park, Tx 77536.
