Gary W. Adams

Gary W. Adams, 72 of Deer Park, peacefully passed in his sleep and went to be with our Lord on July 10th, 2023. Gary was born on April 1, 1951, in Chillicothe, Texas. He carried that April Fool’s Day spirit and joking, playful nature with him his whole life. He loved everything nature and outdoors and instilled that in his children as often as he could. Gary touched the lives of all who knew him with his tender heart and undeniable sense of humor. He was the epitome of a good, strong, and selfless man. Gary had the patience of no other and the humor to raise your spirits with laughter. Above all, he was a kind and caring husband, brother, father, grandfather, uncle and great uncle.

Gary was preceded in death by his mother and father Evelyn and Virgle Adams and brother Ronald Adams.

Gary is survived by his wife of 47 years, Kay Adams, and their 2 children, daughter Tatia Adams, and son, Jared W. Adams and wife Jessica P. Adams and their children, Gary’s grandchildren, Kiley Adams and Konner W. Adams. Gary also leaves behind his sister Judy Millsap and husband Charles Millsap and their children, Gary’s nephews, Joel Daniels, Jason Millsap, and Clinton Millsap and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Deer Park Funeral Directors 11:00 am Friday July 21, 2023. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at which services will start. The burial will take place right after the services at Grandview Memorial Park in the Prayer Garden 8501 Spencer Highway, 281-479-6076.
