Glen Harper Obituary

Glen Harper unexpectedly passed away on March 22nd, 2025, at the age of 57. Glen was born to Sandra and Bobby Harper on August 30th, 1967. He grew up in Deer Park with his sister, Julie Ruffino, and his bonus brother, John Kaldor. He took immense pride in owning Hurricane Tool & Supply, first with his father, Bobby and then with his friend and business partner, Jerry Garrett. Glen enjoyed gambling, fishing at his lake house on Toledo Bend, and watching baseball. He will be remembered for his striking sense of humor, love of music, and generosity towards friends and family.

Glen is survived by his daughter, Madeline Harper; mother, Sandra Harper; sister and brother-in-law, Julie and Derek Ruffino; nephew and niece, Christopher and Mia Ruffino; bonus parents, Donald and Leona Attenhofer; and many friends and family. He is preceded in death by his father, Bobby Harper, and wife, Tiffany Harper.

A visitation for friends and loved ones will be held at Deer Park Funeral Directors, 336 E. San Augustine St, Deer Park, TX 77536 at 10 am on Friday, March 28th, with a service at 11:00 AM. in the Chapel.
