On the morning of Thursday, January 8th, 2026, our family bid farewell to a truly extraordinary man whose life embodied the essence of faith, love, and devotion. At 70 years young, Juan Gonzalez Sr. lived a life of unwavering dedication to God, radiating quiet strength and serving as a beacon of comfort and solace to all who had the privilege of knowing him. His kindness, wisdom, and gentle spirit left an indelible mark on the hearts of everyone he touched, a testament to his profound faith.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, a family bound together by his teachings, values, and guidance. His children, Juan Ramon Gonzalez Jr., Eddie Gonzalez, and Jennifer Gonzalez, are a reflection of his enduring love; his grandchildren, Rudy Gonzalez, Joshua Gonzalez, Raquel Jason, Trey Gonzalez, Travis Gonzalez, Jonathan Gonzalez, Maddie Gonzalez, Janelle Gonzalez, and Jada Gonzalez, cherished the bond they shared with him; and his great-grandchildren, Xylie, Natalie, Leslie, Xander, and Jovi Gonzalez, will forever be inspired by his legacy. His pride in them knew no bounds, and his legacy will continue to inspire generations to come.
Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find peace in knowing he has been reunited with his beloved wife Maria Gonzalez and son, Danny Gonzalez in the presence of our Lord. While his absence leaves a void on earth, we take comfort in the promise of eternal life and the knowledge that he now rests in heavenly peace.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ramon Gonzalez and Francisca B. Gonzalez.
He is survived by his loving sisters, Elia Garza, Eliva Garza and joins his sisters in heaven, Elsa Gutierrez, Edna Garcia, Esther Gonzalez, and Elena Guzman; and his surviving brothers, Javier Gonzalez, Homero Gonzalez, and Pablo Gonzalez, and joins his brother Mario Gonzalez in heaven, along with numerous extended family members who loved and respected him dearly.
His life made a difference. His faith inspired countless others. And his memory will forever be etched in the hearts of those who loved him.
