Melanie Lynn Rogers-Morgan

Melanie Lynn Rogers-Morgan was born January 8, 1961 and died February 5, 2026.

She is preceded in death by her son Tom McNeil, her parents

Ronald and Ouida Rogers, her brothers Kenneth Dale Rogers and Troy Lane Rogers. She had to deal with 3 brothers growing up in our home. She is survived by her loving husband Michael Morgan and brother Michael Rogers. For those who knew her, knew that she was quite a character. She was very opinionated, feisty, and outspoken. Dad called her “Tough Mel from Cottonwood” for me, her brother, she is my wonderful sister whom I love very much. She wasn’t perfect but none of us are. I always said I should invite her to church with me but I was afraid she might come. She suffered injuries to her leg that left her disabled and unable to work much early in life. Through the years we had several conversations on spiritual matters. She always claimed a relationship with her Savior Jesus Christ, never wavering. Her parents raised her in a good, bible believing church. She could praise the Lord and cuss you out in the same sentence. I love her and will miss her wit and charm. I love you, Mel!
