Nancy "Katy" K Kelley

Nancy K Kelley, (most people knew her as Katy), passed away September 11, 2025, in her home in Deer Park, Texas.  Born to Oren Booker Jones and Nancy Hartley Jones in Nacogdoches, Texas on September 14, 1931.  She was raised in Louisiana and graduated from Bunkie High School in 1948. She married Wilson L Kelley in 1950 and moved to Pasadena, Texas. They had 2 children, Nancy Ruth Kelley Bush in 1953 and Kerry Eileen Kelley Adair in 1954. She worked for Pasadena ISD a few years then Deer Park ISD until retirement 29 years later.

 She is survived by her 2 daughters, 6 grandchildren, 18 grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.                       

She loved Music, art, being with family, playing cards and crossword puzzles in the newspaper that she read every morning with her coffee (it had to be Community coffee).

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Wilson L Kelley.
