Pamella Jane Harvey of Onalaska, Tx passed away surrounded by her loving husband and family on May 10th, 2024.
Pamella was born in Pasadena, Texas on May 26th, 1960, to Carl Wendell and Barbara Craig.
Pamella graduated from Deer Park High School in 1978 where she pursued her love of music by singing in the choir and playing flute in the band. Pamella continued her education at San Jacinto College and Sam Houston State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting in 1982.
Pamella immediately joined the State Comptroller’s Office as an Auditor where she was employed for more than 30 years. After retiring she worked as a Contract Accountant for several Oil and Gas Companies.
Pamella married the love of her life, Robert Harvey on April 18th, 2009. Pamella and Robert shared a love of animals, family, friends, camping, cruising, Art and Volunteer Work. They spent many years on committees for Pasadena and Houston Livestock Show and Rodeos raising funds for student scholarships.
Pamella was a loving, caring wife, daughter, sister and friend.
Pamella is preceded in death by her father, Carl Wendell Craig.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Harvey; mother, Barbara Craig; sister, Carla and husband Jerry Ellerbe along with numerous cousins and friends.
She will be missed deeply.
The Family will receive friends and family at Visitation on Thursday, May 16th, 2024, from 11:00 A.M. until Service Time of 12:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Deer Park Funeral Directors, 336 E. San Augustine, Deer Park, Texas. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
