Samantha Duncan Carson

Samantha Duncan Carson, age 36, passed away suddenly on July 21, 2025, at her residence in Nashville, Tennessee. Samantha was born on November 29, 1988.

Samantha lived life to the fullest, cherishing every moment spent with her son, Lucas. She found immense joy in watching him grow and explore the world, and she embraced motherhood with a loving and devoted heart. She was a treasured wife, mother, daughter, sister, and a loyal friend to all who knew her.

A proud graduate of Stewart County High School as valedictorian, class of 2007, Samantha continued her education at Vanderbilt University (2011) and Belmont University (2015), where she earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She was deeply committed to her profession, known for her compassion and care as she assisted and counseled customers. Samantha was loved and respected by her colleagues and community alike.

She is survived by her loving husband, Logan Carson; her cherished son, Lucas Carson; her parents, Dennis Duncan and wife Beverly Simmons Duncan, Mother  Tammy Duncan; her brother, Ben Duncan and wife Leslie; nieces, Bella, Arielle, Haddie, and Ellie; nephews, Cooper and Eli; and brothers-in-law, Clay Carson and wife Katrina, Austin Carson and wife Rachael, and Braden Carson and wife Adrianna.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025, beginning at 12:00 p.m. at Anglin Funeral Home, with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Bro. Mathew Cole and Bro. Joe Carson will officiate. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are Ben Duncan, John Thomas Hinson, Clay Carson, Austin Carson, and Braden Carson.
